MotionCue is a calm nudge to actually stretch during your workday: one 30-second, expert-sourced move at a time, spaced through your day so it taps you on the shoulder without yanking you out of flow. Native iPhone + Apple Watch. Every stretch cites a real source (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Health, APTA) with a tappable citation. Ten visual themes, each with its own composed music. Local-first and private: no accounts, no ads, no data sold, and an honest up-front price.

Congrats on the launch. Move Me is the smart bet here. A scheduled session competes with my calendar and loses. One stretch, then back to work, does not.
Question for you: does Move Me pace itself off actual sitting time from the Watch, or is it a fixed cadence I set once? The thing that would make me never uninstall is a nudge that knows I have been still for 90 minutes versus one that fires while I am already up walking around.
Either way, the fact that every stretch cites its source is doing a lot of work for credibility in a crowded category.
@rasheem_barnettย Honest answer: fixed cadence, not sitting-aware. You set a range, Move Me fires at a random gap inside it, clamped to your waking window with a daily cap and a two-hour snooze for when you are heads-down. So yes, it will occasionally catch you mid-walk, and you are right that it should not.
Sitting-time awareness is the best argument for a v2 feature anyone has made to me, and the Watch already knows the answer. That moves onto the roadmap today.
And thank you for the Move Me read. It was my daughter's idea, and "competes with my calendar and loses" is exactly why she was right.
Love the idea, easy to navigate, I will enjoy it more when the animation gets and upgrade.
@soo_baekย Thank you, Soo, and thank you for saying the animation part out loud instead of being polite about it. You are right. Every figure is hand-built so the movement matches the cited source rather than being generated, and that ceiling shows. A smoother animation pass is the next visual work. If there is one stretch where it bothered you most, tell me which one and it goes first.
