Hello Hunters - We are a new service that helps maintain your accounts up to date with your latest address wherever you go. Currently available in the United Kingdom. I was lucky enough to use a private alpha version of the service at a time when I was moving, and it worked like a charm then. I need to change my address yet again next month and I'll be coming straight back to Monadd to see how much further the team and the systems have come. Well done @jessicagmendoza & @ysvechinsky 👏

Can't wait until this comes to the U.S.! Much needed service. I can't wait to use it!

This is a fantastic concept that will make life much easier for anyone moving flats!

this looks cool. i think should be made more clear that this seems targetted to a UK audience though

Looks good! What's on the roadmap next? Do you have a monetisation model in mind? I'm assuming it's free at the moment as I didn't see any mention of pricing. I'm sorry this isn't directly related to the core of the product itself, but I have to ask – why is right-click being blocked on almost every page?! Haven't seen this on a website since the mid 2000s 😅 Easy to bypass, and more of an inconvenience than a security measure. Cmd-clicking on links to open them in a new tab also doesn't seem to be possible.

@iamsebj Yes it's free for users. We monetize the business side on a number of ways ranging from referrals to volume of information sent. We aim to keep it free for now and our roadmap includes making the service sufficiently robust for anyone to take care of a number of actions from one place when it comes to service interactions. On your comment re the inability to right-click, it was a measure to avoid easy copy and pasting, yet it's good to know that it is a nuisance and have it noted. We update the site constantly. Thank you for the feedback.

@iamsebj @jessicagmendoza why would you want to prevent people from easily copying and pasting text?
Jessica G. Mendoza
@anna_0x as a former copywriter sopywright protection was one of the things that I would put into my writing. It definitely plays out differently on websites and tech products.

Love this concept, but a lot of information to trust with a single entity. Have you considered a blockchain-based solution?
。Yoni Svechinsky
@gehrigkunz Hi Gehrig, We have looked at solutions from the blockchain space. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1. Using a blockchain or any other DLT in the naive scenario is a lot worse than entrusting a single party with your information. Instead of single party storing your data everybody does. 2. Alternative identity schemes based self sovereign identity are more viable but require a lot of social prerequisites and infrastructure that's currently not in place. 3. SSI is also problematic from the perspective of recovery. What happens if someone loses the phone that has all of their attestations? 4. We are open to exploring different paths, including user-owned data models, particularly after some of the challenges pointed above are solved. Hope this answers your question. Please do ask more, we welcome good conversations in this area.
Gehrig
@ysvechinsky thanks for the thoughtful response! Good points on SSI adoption challenges. It is a bit unfortunately unclear the pathway to improve there; I haven't explored too in depth, but fortmatic seems to be making progress. Thanks again and keep up the good work. 👍
