I bet the most interesting source of feedback would be an email. If you add an ability to feed all emails that are coming into support team inbox and monitor it that will be a killer feature. Slack and Zoom? I'd call it a queer source of feedback.

@anirudh_bg I have signed up, and the first screen I meet is to integrate Slack. I don't have Slack, and I don't need it to be integrated. But there is no option to skip the step or do something else. 🙁

It seems that Slack integration is required, but I encountered an error while integrating Slack. Productly appears to have not completed the Slack integration correctly, and it still prompts me to integrate Slack.
