Have you ever felt anxious or close to a panic attack but didn’t know what would help? Many wellness apps offer generic advice or overwhelming amounts of content. Minddetur provides personalised relief in minutes, with tailored steps, calming audio, immersive videos, and interactive games—based on how you feel and what helps you most, while keeping your experience private.

Hi,
I built Minddetur because many anxiety and wellness solutions feel generic or come with so much content that it can be overwhelming to know where to start especially when you need support in the moment.
Minddetur takes a different approach. It creates a personalised relief experience based on how you’re feeling, the intensity of the moment, and what usually helps you feel calmer so you can get focused support in just a few minutes.
I’m actively improving it based on feedback. I’d love for you to try it and share what you think

Hi Shrinithy! Congratulations on the launch!
What an interesting app. Personally, I know so many people who experience moments of anxiety and distress that they don't know how to handle, and they usually lack the tools to deal with the situation. Most of the time, if not always, they try to calm down by talking to someone who knows and understands them. Plus, if you know what triggered the episode, it's even more likely that you can help them feel better. So, I think a great next step would be heading in that direction: now that AI is accessible to everyone, trying to create a virtual entity (let's call it a "friend") that can offer personalized support during an anxiety crisis.
I know that would be much more expensive and complex, but I'm sharing my perspective based on personal experience with real cases in case it's helpful to you.
