@tucker1 thank you. Suggestions used several heuristics and AI atop of that. Right now, we are using topics, subjects, comments sensitivity, tasks, frequency of discussion, and traction to predict better suggestions. Some suggested topics were created by us, they are time-tested. Some by AI.
