Yeah, a very good idea not just for businesses but for average clients or those who wanna create their own business. The companies of the past didn't have the opportunity to use such apps and we're in a more advantageous position tbh. Anyway, I noticed that some companies fail to interact with their clients, give them really bad feedback, etc. The fact is that text messaging platforms for business significantly help in such cases. My company has implemented one of them just 2 months ago, and we already noticed the changes. It can be revolutionary from some perspectives, that's for sure.

Sound like you have a great idea to improve small business management, but I really believe that you need to change logo. Not sure that you want to be associated with Twitch

@vadim_shcherbakov Goog thoughts but since we target the service industry there's not a lot of crossover with Twitch. Our target markets have very little crossover (most of our customers have never heard of twitch before)
