Review Make?
Reviewers largely see Make as an easy, flexible automation tool with an intuitive visual interface, strong testing and branching features, and enough modules to handle everything from simple app connections to company-wide workflows. Users often say it saves time, works well without coding, and compares favorably with Zapier on interface and entry-level cost. Still, several note rough edges: recurring Google disconnections, occasional execution errors or slowness, weaker debugging, pricing that can climb with per-operation usage, some missing integrations, and inconsistent support.

Tines The single, secure environment for agents, apps, and automations.
An impressive tool that makes automations between different platforms really easy. Simple and intuitive user interface with no coding knowledge required, which is definitely a plus for me. Compared to other tools I have used before the layout and simplicity makes it easier to create and manage different workflows. Highly recommended.
The naming of the new company is cool, however, it makes SEO and searching for stuff on google very hard. There are tons of results with "make + ", which will ultimately make it hard to solve issues. Specially thinking this tool is made for no-coders which google stuff as much (or more) as devs do.
Make is just an amazing platfrom, that helped us in automating and improving the customer experience, connecting together multiple platforms Woocommerce, delivery carrier, store, sms-bulk and others... , was so simple and funny, a quick read of the help was suffient to implement scenarios many thanks !!
Has tons of modules an integrations, lots of tools to do functions on those data, very friendly dashboard and the free account has plenty of space to experiment . Not like other automation tools limiting functionality to force you to upgrade in order to test it what you really need.

Functionalities such as being able to test parts of the automation, easy scheduling, and easily adding in more functionality even in the middle of an automation make Make a clear leader. Zapier focuses on getting your money to use it, Make focuses on its customers.
Mature product. Pricing is steep due to per-operation/step, but features are well thought-out. Whomever figures out proper error management with careful debugging and a great debugging UX will have the upper-hand. Even make has room for improvement there.
I've been using Make for a while now, and I prefer it over the other similar tools. The layout makes (no pun intended) it easier to manage your workflows. I don't have any coding experience, but I'm still able to setup complex automation. Would recommend.

I've been using it for more than 2 years now. It's easy and intuitive for the most part. Modules for almost everything you need, and the ability to make special apps for functionality that you need but can't find in the app/modules available.
It's already the best automation system for SMBs on the planet. Next it will be the best system for enterprise customers too. We have built a ton of automations with this product. for both our company and our customers.
I'm using make for almost two years now and I'm more than happy that I discovered it. It helps me to provide more tech solutions for clients. The UI is super intuitive and the pricing is more than fair!
