Congrats on the launch ! Magic Loop is so promising ! I'll definitely use it to collect user feedbacks. We always struggle to get people expand on their thoughts with written Q/A. Getting them to talk their answers will change the game of insights gathering.

This would have been fantastic in a recent customer study I supervised. The agency we worked with told us we could collect qualitative feedback in a survey. However, with written answers, users did not manage to convey stories detailed enough to be actionable. We barely got more than “I don’t know,” “It was difficult,” or unintelligible sentences due to typos, which becomes a huge issue when you need to translate.
