It has your personal AI coach that guides you on data it monitors. Sleep insights are also much much deeper than the smart watches, including latency and REM levels. @samd3j0ng Whoop is a wearable on the wrist. I personally find it tricky to wear something on the wrist while sleeping and usually take it off. Rings - you tend to forget its even there.
