Most AI tools help you find answers. Lumina helps you understand how you make decisions. Designed for founders, it analyzes your reasoning, detects recurring patterns and blind spots, tracks how your thinking evolves over time, and turns individual decisions into long-term insight. Instead of another AI chat, Lumina becomes a decision intelligence system that helps you make clearer, more consistent decisions with every analysis.

Hi everyone! 👋
I built Lumina after noticing something in my own work as a founder: the biggest mistakes usually weren't caused by poor execution, but by assumptions and thinking patterns I never recognized until much later.
I wanted a tool that didn't just answer questions, but helped me understand *how* I was making decisions over time. That's what became Lumina: a decision intelligence system that analyzes reasoning, identifies recurring patterns and blind spots, and helps founders build better judgment through reflection.
This launch is an important milestone, but it's definitely not the finished product. I'd genuinely love your feedback. What feels useful? What's unclear? And if you already have a process for improving your decision-making, I'd love to hear how you approach it.

Curious to hear from founders here:
When you’re making an important decision with incomplete information, what is usually the hardest part?
Knowing which information actually matters
Trusting your own judgment
Avoiding repeating past mistakes
Moving forward when the outcome is uncertain
This is the problem space I’m exploring with Lumina. I’d love to learn how other founders currently approach high-stakes decisions.
