honestly this looks pretty solid for daily salon ops, but one thing that would be really helpful is adding a built-in client feedback or review request feature right after appointments are marked complete. something like an automated text or email asking for a quick rating would save owners so much time chasing reviews manually and would help build up their online reputation basically on autopilot.

Really like how clean the dashboard feels when you first log in, staff scheduling was easier to figure out than I expected. Would love to see a quick client note popup next time.
honestly looks pretty solid for day to day salon stuff, but one thing that would actually help a lot is a built in tip tracking and payout feature for stylists since most salons deal with that separately and it gets messy fast.
Finally tried the free trial and noticed the appointment calendar feels really snappy, plus I like how client notes pop up right when the booking loads.
Setup was pretty painless and the staff schedule view actually makes sense at a glance, which is rare for this kind of tool.
