LOVE luma. I really can't say enough good things about this product. I've been using Luma since last July to help my spin instructor create and sell virtual spin classes, and it's been a huge success. Thank you!

This looks really interesting. Although I'm a little confused about what it actually is... At first I thought it was a community platform (ie. discord) but with newsletter + event features. Now that I've gone through all the front-facing pages, it seems like a newsletter product with payment gateways and landing pages. Really unique angle... but kind of confusing. Also seems very limited. I've been looking for a place to take my 25k email subscribers and then saw on the pricing page that there's a 10k email subscriber limit. I'll have to wait until they lift that limitation.

Heard a lot of good things about Luma and seeing more and more creators use it 💪💪

I'd really love to recommend Luma. It has everything I want for my events, except that I can't set a timeline for how many days people have to use their credit when I make a credit pack in memberships. Luma already states to customers that the credit never expires. Which is bad for business. I may not be doing the same types of events or services they paid for down the line, and it takes away customer urgency. I have something great that I know will change their lives, they'll take longer to do it if I give them something that they can hold on to for months or even years. No, please luma, change this or tell me how. I want my events to expire credits to expire after 60-90 days. Not Never! I really disappointed that I may not be able to use this system. I love it.
