After 16 years of elite GCC coaching, I engineered LuKul Bio-Sync: a white-labeled, serverless CRM for boutique Pilates and PT studios. Replacing flawed off-the-shelf tools, it centralizes training plans, automates lead routing, and maps biometric retention. Paired with the bespoke LuKul app, a training planning, tracking and logging tool, it gives premium facilities true clinical performance architecture.








Hi Product Hunt 👋, I’m Milos, CTO and solo developer of LuKul Bio-Sync.
For over 10 years, I operated at the highest levels of elite coaching and clinical performance in the GCC. Managing premium health clubs in Novi Sad, I hit a massive wall: standard industry SaaS tools (like Mindbody or Zenoti) are glorified calendars. They completely fail when you need to track complex biometric data, map true client retention, or route high-ticket leads automatically.
The friction was so bad that I taught myself full-stack architecture to build the solution.
LuKul Bio-Sync is the result. I built the entire ecosystem from scratch using a modern serverless stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vanilla JS, and custom parsing engines). It tracks a user comprehensively from Lead to Member using visual conversion matrices, ensuring elite facilities never lose the data narrative of a client.
We are currently migrating our core clients to this architecture and exploring Solana-based DeSci vaults for anonymized data monetization down the line.
I built this to solve my own massive training and programming headaches. While the backend features multi-tenant infrastructure for facilities, this app was built first and foremost for the person under the barbell and the coach on the floor.
Here is what makes this a precision training instrument:
Zero-Latency In-Memory Logging: The tracking HUD records your weights, reps, and RPE instantly in-memory, completely eliminating standard mobile viewport displacement and layout shifts. It updates session volume, density (sets/hour), and intensity variables on the fly.
Longitudinal Micro/Macrocycle Planning: A clean workspace designed to program complex multi-week blocks with progressive disclosure, allowing you to tweak individual numbers on the floor without breaking your macro plan.
True Fatigue Modeling (TTS): We bypass generic, volatile wellness scores. The engine reads raw telemetry to compute a rolling 30-day baseline standard deviation (Z-score) of your HRV and resting heart rate, then cross-references it with your 7-day cumulative Total Training Stress (TTS) tonnage. It gives you a deterministic recovery envelope before you start a session.
