Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Lugs because I couldn't find a single watch tracker that didn't demand a cloud account and/or looked just like a side gig. The core decision was to flip the default: everything in SQLite on-device, fully offline, zero signup and actually making it a home for luxury watch enthusiasts. Cloud sync exists but it's opt-in and paid. That keeps the app's incentives aligned with the user rather than a data business. The hardest part was building a bidirectional sync engine that only activates when you explicitly enable it, most frameworks assume cloud-first and fight you the whole way.
