Loqua is LIVE on Product Hunt today, and welcome to the family!
AI keeps getting smarter yet using it feels more tiring: prompting, switching apps, screenshotting, explaining context again and again. Often the problem isn't the AI; it's that we still have to learn how to talk to it.
few minutes trying it and I like it!! Specially the real-time translation. Congrats!
Loqua
@rubenbuilding Love hearing that 😄 Real-time translation is one of those features that feels a bit magical the first time it clicks. Thanks so much for trying Loqua, really glad you’re enjoying it!

I always avoided voice typing because I ended up spending more time fixing the output afterwards.
Loqua
@matthewwei That's the exact problem we were trying to solve. The goal isn't faster transcription if you still have to rewrite everything.
Switching between apps and rewriting the same thoughts in different formats wastes so much time. Glad Loqua exists!
Loqua
@luvian_yu Thank you! The goal is to keep the thought moving instead of constantly translating it for each app.
Congrats @joshua_zhou731 . I am Leo founder of AI API Platform: Flaq.AI. Loqua is an interesting product. The idea of speaking naturally and getting polished output is exactly how AI should work.
Loqua
@hello_leo thxxx Happy to hear your feedback! Let's build a better product.
My biggest concern with voice tools is always accuracy. One wrong word can completely change the meaning.
Loqua
@mia_qiao
That's a completely valid concern — and it's exactly what we set out to solve.
Loqua is an attempt at something different: not just another tool, but more like a friend. It's powered by a multimodal reasoning model that understands first, then transcribes — precisely to avoid the "one wrong word can completely change the meaning" problem.
By taking in your screen context — images, the text you've selected — Loqua works to genuinely understand your intent before putting your words down. It's not blindly converting sound to text; it's comprehending what you actually mean, and then expressing it faithfully.
Accuracy isn't just a feature for us — it's the whole point. 🎯

I get a lot of my best ideas when I'm on the move or can't type — and by the time I sit down at my laptop, the thought's already gone. Loqua's "speak it and it becomes usable text/action" approach solves a real problem here. Really curious how it performs on scheduling and coding workflows via voice — that seems like the most exciting use case. Good luck with the launch!
Loqua
@s_cen The “I’ll write this down later” problem gets me all the time 😅
Scheduling is probably one of my favorite use cases for that reason: the thought comes up, you say it, and the reminder/event is already handled.
Coding has been really fun to test too — especially giving edit/refactor instructions without taking your hands off what you’re working on.
Curious which one you’d actually use more day to day 👀 Thanks!

How long does setup actually take? I don't want to spend 20 minutes configuring another AI tool.
Loqua
@charlenechen_123 It's designed to be pretty lightweight: install, sign in, grant the required permissions, and you're ready to go.
