The shared ecosystem idea is genuinely cool, but it'd be way more useful if there was a built-in analytics dashboard showing which partner venues in the network actually drive the most cross-redemptions. Right now I'd probably have to cobble that together myself with spreadsheets, and that's the kind of insight that would make or break whether a business actually commits to joining the network long-term.
@feride153647 that's exactly what our system shows. Which venues are bringing value and which are not. And each business can connect or disconnect from others in the network based on value exchange. Thanks for your comment!
the shared reward network idea is honestly pretty smart, especially for smaller spots that can't run a loyalty program alone. wish this existed when i ran my cafe.
@adnan644914 thanks! Yes lots of small operators don't have the leverage that larger groups do, but with our system they can connect up and share audiences to reduce CAC and improve retention :) I also wish it existed when I ran my restaurant!
Setup was way easier than I expected and the shared reward network idea actually clicked for me once I saw how it ties venues together.
