How does the migration work in practice? Is it a CSV import or do you connect directly to apps like Smile or LoyaltyLion?
Can merchants customize the look of the rewards page to match their store’s theme?
Any plans for VIP tiers or referral rewards down the road?

Migration is a file import for now: you upload a CSV or XLSX (we give you a template) with your customers and points balances. There’s no direct connection to Smile or LoyaltyLion yet. You can also export your data any time.
Yes, you set your brand color and the name of your program and points, and the rewards page picks them up. More styling options are on our list.
VIP tiers and referral rewards aren’t built yet. Several merchants have asked for both, and that’s exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what we do next. If either matters for your store, I’d love to hear how you’d use it.

As someone running a Shopify store, the migration feature is what caught my eye. Switching loyalty apps usually means losing point balances and annoying your best customers, so being able to bring everything over (including retroactive points) removes the biggest reason people stay stuck with a tool they don’t love. Congrats to the team!
