Getting your transactions from bank statements into Excel or simply converting statements into usable data can feel like a spreadsheet hell. Ledgerize was built specifically to solve this common pain point.

Hey everyone, Nathaniel here!
I am building @Ledgerize, a tool I built because I got tired of my bank making simple things complicated.
People always ask 'why did you build this?' Honestly, it began as a personal frustration β I just wanted an Excel sheet of my transactions from the past three years to track my spending and get a better sense of where my money was actually going. Turns out my bank only gives you PDFs. So here we are. I built Ledgerize to do what banks won't: convert those PDFs into actual spreadsheets you can work with.
What it does:
@Ledgerize securely turns your financial statements into clean, structured spreadsheets in mere seconds. Our proprietary algorithm engine accurately detects and processes complex tables spanning multiple pages, consolidating transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and credit card activities from separate sections into a single, unified table.
Who itβs for:
Ideal if youβre tracking personal spending, budgeting, a freelancer managing expenses, a small business owner staying organized, an accountant or bookkeeper handling client statements or just about anyone dealing with the same problem.
Security first:
@Ledgerize uses secure encryption to keep your financial data safe and private at every step by adhering to the highest international standards for data protection.

I'll be here all day to answer questions and hear your feedback β what would make Ledgerize even better?
Thanks for checking us out π

Banks have different ways of formatting statements how adaptable is Ledgerize in recognizing and processing various formats from different financial institutions?
This Is a fantastic time Saver for anyone juggling finances manually. Will there be a free trial or demo version available to try out before committing to a subscription?
This is super helpful, especially for freelancers who need quick access to categorized data. Any plans to support auto-categorization or integrations with budgeting tools like Notion?
Hey Nathaniel, this solves a real problem. Getting clean transaction data is usually the hardest part of understanding where your money goes. Does it clean up merchant names at all? Or is there a way for users to go in and adjust names?
