I built LeakScan after learning how common duplicate vendor payments are industry studies put them at roughly 0.5–2% of AP spend, and most go unnoticed until an audit (if ever). The design constraint I refused to compromise on: finance files are sensitive. So the entire engine runs client-side parsing, matching, scoring, reports. The page ships with CSP connect-src 'none', meaning the browser itself blocks any outbound request. Your file physically cannot leave the tab. You can verify in DevTools: run a scan, watch the Network panel stay empty. Before launching I ran a blind test: an unseen 66-row AP file with $38,125 of planted duplicates across five scenarios, plus traps (monthly rent, batch runs, a quarterly retainer). It found 5/5 to the cent zero false alarms on the traps. Findings are suspected-only by design: it flags, you verify. I'd especially love feedback from anyone in finance or bookkeeping run it on a real export and tell me what it found, or what it missed. That's the feedback that matters most.
