Here's something most store owners haven't noticed yet: shoppers have started asking ChatGPT and Gemini where to buy. "Where can I buy a good wooden train set?" "Which webshop has the best running shoes for beginners?" The AI answers with a short list of stores. If yours isn't on it, that shopper never sees you, and no analytics tool will ever tell you.

I built Krillo because I wanted to know who actually gets named, and why.

What Krillo does:

1. Measures, honestly. Every month we ask ChatGPT and Gemini the real buying questions in each category, the same questions for every store. The result is the Krillo Index: a public, dated ranking per category. No paid positions, and every AI answer is kept in full, so you can check exactly what was said.

2. Explains why you lose. For every question you lose, you see which stores AI named instead, what it said about them, and which sites it relied on.

3. Helps you move up. You get the fixes written out in plain words: product texts, a questions page, the review and comparison sites AI cites. With Fix we do the work for you, and on Shopify our app applies the changes directly (and you can undo them).

What I care about most: no fake promises. Nobody can guarantee a place in an AI answer. What we can do is measure honestly, show you exactly where you stand, and improve what you control.
