We have a multi-step analysis process that identifies and extracts product insights and groups them, ignoring the noise. Yesterday, I had a customer call that lasted for an hour, but only had 3 real feature request. Kraftful gave a list of 3 feature request (and 3 other lists of insights). Superfast and actionable!

Thanks @dzaitzow! In the early days, we mostly got visibility via Twitter/X. I had a few viral tweets that ultimately got us featured in product newsletters and podcasts.
