Cooking is a skill that will change a person's life forever. It keeps you healthy, it offers endless avenues for creativity, it feeds your and loved ones, and it's useful every single day of your life. The problem is, it's hard to learn to cook. Most online resources are just recipes, or scattered tips here and there. It's difficult to know where to even start. I know it was for me 15 years ago when I got interested in cooking. Learning to cook has been a long journey, and now I want to help others become great home cooks too. That's why I'm building the cooking education platform KotiChef ("koti" being home in my native Finnish). My first full learning path, "Fundamentals of Bread" takes you on a journey from understanding gluten and fermentation to experimenting with them, learning kneading techniques and creating delicious focaccia and authentic neapolitan pizza. You'll encouter some quizzes and can track your score and progress through a learning path that turns you into a great bread baker.
