This feels like the kind of sales intel tool that actually understands the real pain of outreach. As someone who has burned through countless “intent data” platforms that promise precision but deliver noise, this sounds refreshing and focused.
How does Knowledge distinguish between passive interest and real purchase intent at the individual level without flooding reps with false positives?

How does Knowledge differentiate between high-intent signals and just general interest — and how customizable is that intent scoring for different industries or buyer personas?

@lak7 Knowledge as a platform is different than other intent platforms. We track individual-level website traffic and process the data through our proprietary model, Savant, that specifically analyzes behavior over time to identify the opportune time to engage with buyers.
Each user chooses the general category, but also provides a description of their product for our custom intent properties. The more specific the description, the more specific the intent.

I'm wondering how exactly you are using AI for Knowledge. Could you share some more details? (We're about to launch our AI-powered tool tomorrow, hence the curiosity :)
And also regarding privacy, how do you ensure that personal data is protected?

@elizabeth_verdad thank you! We have our own custom transformer that processes nearly a trillion rows of data per month to identify buying behavior.
