Hi Product Hunt! I built Justo after seeing how hard it is for workers in Latin America to understand what they should receive when a job ends. Labor settlements are often confusing, country-specific, and easy to miscalculate. Justo starts with 11 countries and focuses on making the process clearer: enter basic employment details, get a deterministic calculation, and see the legal sources behind the result. The goal is not to replace lawyers or accountants, but to give workers a trustworthy starting point before signing anything. Justo is free, open source, and does not require an account. I’d love feedback from people working on legal tech, labor rights, payroll, and public-interest tools.
