I love the idea behind Juphy from the first moment. It's a clear upvote from me, as it's really an all-in-one-solution for my usecase. I'm not missing a single thing for an average business-user. @nicetr Really helps a lot to keep close to customers without having lots of tools.

Some software tries to do everything and ends up doing nothing well. Juphy is the opposite, they focus on one thing which is communicating across different channels, and they do it better than most tools I have come across. This is a perfect example of simplicity and power in a software that just feels natural. I look forward to seeing what's in store for the future of the software as they continue to improve and roll out long awaited features, but if you need a multi channel shared inbox tool today, this is ready to go as is!

Juphy is one of the best tool we have in our toolbox. It a complete time saving for managing different social platforms. They recently introduce the ability to sync gmail and email inbox as well. The backend looking promising for a complete customer service.

Having all the channels in one app solves a lot of problems, and Juphy seems to have a handle on that. They seem to listen to the user feedback. I am excited to see the new features.

I work alone, and I used to spend a lot of time answering my users on different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Play, etc.). Juphy helped me by centralizing support for my users in one place. So far, it's been the only platform I've found that integrates with Google Play to respond to Android user feedback. It is very simple and easy to use.

I am in love with Juphy. I started using it when it first launched. I manage multiple social media accounts and managing all of them was a pain. Thanks to Juphy, now I handle them with ease and never miss a single message/comment. I love it so much that I have pinned Juphy's tab in my browser so that I can quickly access it and reply to all the pending messages. Thanks, Juphy team for such a time-saving product. Congrats Juphy team. Juphy is an amazing piece of software. Social media is the main way my brand communicate. It helps me stay productive and manage all of my SM accounts in one place. One of the best option for centralized inbox (helpdesk). I love the recent update where you can add Gmail and SMTP.
