The whole team uses Juphy every day. Probably one of my best purchases in the last few years.

Juphy IS a very usefull tool that centralize customer points of touch (Email, comments, reviews, Facebook groups). Never miss a customer asking for help or a bad review. I daily use it and recommand it.

In the beginning I didn't use much but later there are new features came out, it reduced the burden of handling messages and can distribute duties to the team as well. The thing that should be improved is that some menus have not been clearly divided makes confusing to use.

Juphy 2.0 was already a game changer for our agency. We can now catch every comment and message on every profile and quickly react and respond like we are a team of 100 customer support agents. Juphy 3.0 will become an industry standard - NO DOUBT. Currently, we are using Juphy to manage FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, GMB, and YouTube.

I am thrilled with the amount of time I am saving each day getting back to comments, questions and requests on my social media channels, and i manage quite a lot of them. No more jumping from one channel to another, login in, login out... it used to really be painful to manage all my social media but Juphy has been a game changer. Thumbs up, great tool. What´s not to love?! Recommended.

I really enjoy using Juphy. If you have a ton of social media accounts to manage, then this is the perfect solution. I can easily see all of my messages across social platforms and accounts all from Juphy! I don't have to switch between multiple accounts to read and reply to messages and comments. I love it! The only downside is that I'm still waiting for an iOS app—I think they are just waiting on Apple to approve it. Definitely check Juphy out!
