How do you evaluate clinics before accepting them, and what does the complication coverage actually include if a patient needs follow-up care after returning home?

Before a clinic is invited to become a JetWell partner, we look at the publicly available reviews on Google, Trustpilot, etc, verify the clinic/hospital/doctors' credentials and validity of those credentials, and analyze the clinics' complaint histories. If invited, we hold 1:1 interviews with the clinic's management teams and staff. As we get going, we also intend to send a team onsite to verify and film all aspects of the clinic's practices and procedures.
JetCover, our comprehensive travel (emergencies & unplanned procedures) and complication insurance (planned procedures), covers the patient from when they enter the terminal to 180 days after the procedure. $25k is included, but upgrades up to $150k are available.
