@ricardo_luz sure! Non monetary benefits can be anything that the company is offering in-kind. Like an inhouse gym, snacks in the kitchenette, mental therapist access, maternity leaves, and so on! A problem is that a lot of employees are usually not aware of all the benefits they are entitled to and it limits the utilisation. Just attempting to make awareness easier by having it all on slack. :) Do try it within your team or company and let me know if there are any use-cases we havent thought through as well! Cheers
