Thanks for hunting us Abhash. This is Naren Krishna, Co-founder & CEO of Jellybean. 

Being in the HR Tech space both as a founder and as a business leader, I noticed a common theme when it comes to employee benefits : the lack of personalisation in employee benefits. 

In a world with multigenerational workforce it felt like the benefits offered were pulled out of a dusty old shelf, without considering what truly mattered to each individual. 😕
 I knew there had to be a better way to empower companies and employees with tailored benefits that truly make a difference. So, I came together with Bhavesh & Ganesh who are good friends and could strongly relate to the problem and frustration of irrelevant employee benefits firsthand. 

 With Jellybean, we're on a mission to revolutionise the world of employee benefits. We believe that benefits should be as unique as the individuals they serve, catering to their passions, aspirations, and well-being. 

 Employers can:

✅ Enable employees to submit bills effortlessly, either through the Jellybean platform or via Slack.

✅ Streamline non-monetary benefits, providing employees with a single view of all their benefits. We currently also have a benefits marketplace for Indian market and planning to launch a global catalogue soon.
