Instaprice a simple SaaS that does one important thing: it helps freelancers estimate how much they should charge for their work.

Once you launch the calculator, you search through a growing database of thousands of pre-scoped services, fine-tune the estimation with a dozen variables, then export the quote as a PDF. We compiled the data from open online platforms, adding our own data from our friends and own experiences.
Too often, pricing work is an unstructured guessing 'art'. Instaprice makes estimating freelance work a breeze. It's the tool I wish I had when I started freelancing 10 years ago.
The first feedbacks we received make us think instaprice can become much much bigger... We started creating an API, adding more services (and expanding outside of freelancing services) and improving our pricing model.

The description says "Free Options" but there are only paid plans- no way to try. What's promoted as a monthly subscription is actually an annual one. Solve bad pricing with bad pricing? 🧐
@bnjmnlbr Good points Ben. We had a demo but we took it out as it felt unfinished compared to the final product. I just removed the Free option from PH. For the annual pricing we're going to make it more clear on the landing page today, you're right. Thanks for your feedback, it's how we make the product better!

@naveed_rehman Hey Naveed! Thanks for sharing! We are looking into ways to reinforce good prices by looking at when clients accept quotes or not, and that might entail some machine learning. Can't say more for the moment though 😳
