I just bought it but it doesn't seem to work. When I click to add Google Calendar, the app crashes, if I try to import local calendar I can't choose which calendars to see. How do I get a refund?
@mnlfrgr hmm, sorry to hear your having issues, clicking on google calendar should display a login sheet. shoot me an email support @ realcasualgames . com and we will get you sorted out.
@mnlfrgr I'm having the same issue, the calendar integration with gmail crashes the app every time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. @wowthatisrandom can you help?

@jvdmeij There are many of differences other than just looks. Big ones being, we offer editing, notifications, as well as make use of googles api directly, which allows us to include additional features like inviting attendees.
@kevinace I think if you take a look at all of our other apps, you will find we use the same design aspects in all of our apps. @forecastbar our most popular app uses an almost identical design. A split style view for the main panel, and a popover showing more details.
Furthermore, we became popular for creating iOS style apps for your menubar. InstaCal is our attempt at creating an iOS style calendar for the menubar. If you have a look at the iOS default calendar you will find an almost identical view to what our app uses. In addition, this same “agenda view” style can be found across a variety of other apps and platforms, including IstyCal and Today Calendar for Android.

One thing though, the app icon design needs to be updated as the notifications always pop up with a 17, and sometimes I think the date is the 17th of the month for some reason. It doesn't feel like a calendar for some reason. Is there a way to update to a better icon to avoid the date issue?

Product looks nice and fills a missing feature in macOS. You should fix the website tho, there's no download button and the text is hard to read with that strong red background, kinda hurts my eyes tbh.
