We have built an app that helps you take control of your screen time without the guilt trips or strict blocks.
Why?
Because I was sick of losing hours to mindless scrolling. Picking up my phone for “just a second” always turned into a deep dive I never planned. I wanted a way to pause, reflect, and choose how I spend my time—without feeling like I failed when I didn’t stick to a limit.

I've never used an app to block apps. Because I use twitter or discord like social networking apps not only for my hobby but also for business, I would be inconvenienced if they were to be regulated uniformly. However, Inscreen is different. It offers very flexible options and is designed to be simple and easy to continue, and I have been using it since it was launched.
