We built it because founders and small teams shouldn’t need enterprise software, or per-seat pricing, to handle support email.
initdesk is email-first: it turns emails into tickets, drafts replies with AI for you to review before sending, and gets smarter when you add your FAQs/docs to the AI Assistant.
One thing I’m especially excited about is bring-your-own-data: you can show live customer context in the ticket sidebar, so every reply is faster, more accurate, and less dependent on switching tabs.
We also now integrate with Linear. You can create a new issue from the ticket sidebar or attach a ticket to an existing issue, so bugs and feature requests stay linked to the original customer conversation.
