I wanted something with more depth — a reason to come back all week, not just for 5 minutes a day. The mechanic I'm most proud of is the weekly meta thread: every day's puzzle is secretly connected to the others. Spot the pattern early and you score more points. Some players barely notice it's there on day one — but by day four or five, it clicks, and that's the moment I built the whole thing for. The theatrical tone of the game came pretty naturally — it just felt right for something that's a bit of a performance each day.
