Hi Product Hunt, I'm Kaitlyn, and I built Inexra for social media agencies.
The problem I kept seeing: an agency's organic posts are working. People reply to a story, ask about catering in the DMs, book a consultation. But none of that reaches the client's monthly report, because it happens in the inbox, not on the website. So at renewal time the agency shows reach and likes, and the client wonders what they're paying for.
Inexra puts every client's Instagram and Facebook DMs in one inbox and links each conversation to the post that started it. That's automatic when Instagram tells us (story replies, shared posts, replies to a comment), and a teammate confirms it in a click for the rest. Leads and deals are credited back to that content, so the report can say "the holiday catering story started six conversations and two booked."
It also runs the rest of the month: planning by pillar, scheduling for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, Canva import, and a link the client uses to approve the whole month with no login. It works inside Claude too, through our MCP connector.
