Hey makers! 👋 I'm happy to share IndieLogs with you—a platform I built to empower founders like us to showcase our journey and growth in a way that allows each one of us to stand out! Why IndieLogs? Because building in public is no longer niche. And simply tweeting about your product updates does not allow you to genuinely share your story in a way that resonates with people. As a solopreneur or indiehacker, you want to let people in on your journey. You want to be transparent, share the good, the bad, and everything around it. Storytelling on platforms like Twitter is limiting: ❌ Hard to organize updates ❌ No personalization options ❌ Updates get lost among millions of tweets ❌ No timeline, no chronology of events ❌ Not possible to integrate product updates directly on your own site Indie Logs is here to change that: ✅ A personal portfolio page for all your projects (+30 themes) ✅ Integrate a changelog with your product updates on your site ✅ Get more visibility and traffic by competing with other makers for product update of the week/month ✅ Get your product discovered by being active and ranking high on the recently active category pages The core idea is to help you tell your story in a more organized, structured and coherent way. This helps you stand out and helps you build trust and gain new customers, as customers are able to see you are consistently building and maintaining your products. There is a free tier on the platform so you can get start sharing your story immediately! 🎁 If you want to go for the lifetime deal and share about multiple products, I have a special discount to celebrate today's launch: use PH20 at checkout! I have personally used IndieLogs myself to document every single step of the journey - from the moment I got the idea until today. You can find that on my profile! Hope you guys like it!🙏🏽 Fekri

@junqueror Hi Junqueror Thanks for your feedback! Really appreciate the effort you have put into it and you testing the entire app! On some of your points: - Sharing a project link is possible! You can get that by going to your startups setting and clicking on the embed code tab! Maybe I should make it more obvious/easier The OG image I was building but still a bit buggy. Thanks again for your feedback, will definitely see how to implement!!

@deshraj_singh thanks Deshraj!! appreciate it

Congrats on the launch! Indie Hackers and WIP user here, curious to see how IndieLogs fits into the landscape. What makes it unique compared to these existing platforms? I was intrigued by the "weekly product update battles", but couldn't find any details about it on the landing page.
Fekri
@simontunaitis thank you Simon! I would stay two main things make it stand out: a) you get a unique profile in which you are able to share project updates in a structured and organized manner b) the ability, for each project, to add a changelog to your site containing all these updates Regarding the weekly product update battles - when you share an update on your profile, people are able to upvote it. If you get a lot of upvotes, you rank higher in the weekly/monthly feed: https://www.indielogs.com/feed
Hugh Parry
Hey, would you say that this would be appropriate for companies or just indie founders? Companies like Plausible still like to build in public - are you interested in attracting them to the platform?
Fekri
@hugh_parry Hi Hugh, for sure, I think it's a good fit for both types. My niche and core focus are indie founders, but I don't see why companies would not be able to use it too!
Anastasia Chakileva
Congratulations on the launch! It's evident that you've put a lot of thought into addressing the challenges solopreneurs face when building in public. I'm impressed by the features you've included to help founders tell their stories more effectively and stand out in the crowded space of product updates.
Fekri
@anastasia_chakileva_ thanks Anastasia!
