InCruiter is a robust automation platform for the remote interviewing process. I have been interviewing candidates using this platform. I am sharing some of the benefits personally experienced: 1.) The platform supports customization: Incruiter team can tailor the setup as per the business need to evaluate 5-7 primary & 2-3 secondary skills. 2.) Review & rating systems are comprehensive: As an interviewer, one can log detailed reviews/observations & ratings for each skill of the candidates. 3.) InCruiter supports live problem-solving interview questions: The Integrated whiteboard and code-snippet window helps evaluate the candidate's technical, coding, and problem-solving skills. 4.) Incruiter supports checks to mitigate fraudulent practices: Multiple screenshots can be taken from the candidate's video stream and are made available to the hiring team after the interview process. This can help identify if the candidate was web-surfing during the interview. 5.) Intuitive UI: The Incruiter interface is user-friendly. It doesn't lag during the interview process. As a user/team, one can aim to achieve the following objectives: 1.) Automation of the various stages of the talent sourcing and evaluation processes + Crowdsourcing to industry experts: The tool setup can be customized for tech and non-tech resume screening and interview processes. The interviewers are freelance industry experts. This helps the HR and hiring teams to automate and outsource/crowdsource the first few rounds of the interview process. 2.) I have been using InCruiter from past 2 years. The interview process is very simple from scheduling to payments. You can update your availability if you want to join as interviewer and the team schedules the interviewers as per your availability. If you had requested for interviews from your organisation, InCruiter team takes the interviews and shares the reports. The interviews are recorded and can be verified at later point. The interviewers are earning extra apart from their regular jobs for the interviewers. The payments are processed on time.
