The focus is new. Independent living housing is an overlooked area of housing operations. Many operators are expected to manage participant forms, acknowledgments, housing records, and completed packets without a system built for their specific model. ILH OS brings structure to that gap. It gives independent living housing operators a workflow for participant documentation, completion tracking, final-lock records, Packet Builder review, and completed packet PDF generation.

How does the Packet Builder review step actually work in practice? Like, is it an automated check or does someone manually review each packet before the final lock? Trying to figure out where the real time savings come in.
@semihahavas Forms are completed and you simply click download packet. Only forms which are completed will be in the packet. All forms are PID linked
How does Packet Builder handle version control when a participant packet gets updated mid-review after some acknowledgments are already signed off?
@hiranurldpa Not all tools available have been listed. I didn't want too much in this system however, there is a section for followup. There is a section for you to upload/download to/from participant file. Keeping with the concept of Independent Living(IL).
Finally a tool that actually fits how independent living housing operators work. The packet builder and final-lock flow feel like they came from someone who has dealt with missing signatures and half-complete files firsthand.
@aslhangedi8oxh I've been in healthcare 30+ years, so yes I have an internal understanding of the many pain points.
Finally something built for independent living housing instead of trying to fit a generic property management tool into it. The packet builder and final-lock records feel like they were designed by someone who actually dealt with the paperwork headache.
