The housing crisis has increased the need for practical shared-living solutions, including models similar to boarding-house-style housing. Many new business owners are entering this space, but there is no widely used documentation scheme to help them stay organized. ILH OS helps ease the paperwork burden by giving new and experienced operators a structured system for participant records, housing documentation, workflow steps, and operational forms.
