very weak customer support, I keep trying to cancel the subscription but no one answers until my charge goes on my credit card and it's too late

Guys, I wish you good luck! I like your introducing video, it's very clear + easy way for understanding what your product offers. I am not a designer and sometimes if I need some promo, I am tired of searching it in internet and setting it according my article. I like this tool because it can make things easier. But I hove a question: if I have personal promo, can I upload them and customize them, not pictures from your fits? Also, what is your monetization model?

Great content, but nonexistent customer service. It is impossible to have control over your subscription and cancel the automatic renewal. I have been trying to get a refund for my renewal for over a month now. It is just because of this poor service that I may have to suspend my card to avoid potential future charges.

Absolutely no customer service to speak of. If your issues are not within the chat bot's subject scope, you're SOL! I keep getting a pop up message to upgrade to team plan (which I don't need) and there's no way to exit the popup except upgrading to team plan or exiting the site completely. Either their UI needs fixing or their UX is based on some cheezy marketing tactics. That may be a stretch on my part but I'm really annoyed right now! Cancelled my subscription - I have no patience for this crap!!!

Through the iconscout， I can find the icon I want more easily and modify it, which greatly improves my work progress.
