Great content, but nonexistent customer service. It is impossible to have control over your subscription and cancel the automatic renewal. I have been trying to get a refund for my renewal for over a month now. It is just because of this poor service that I may have to suspend my card to avoid potential future charges.

Nothing special to say at the moment. I find that what is missing is guidance. For example, I had to go back to the YouTube video to remember that it's ++ for auto text generation.
