The mortgage calculator was the first tool, I was frustrated that every existing calculator either ignored FHA mortgage insurance entirely or made you create an account just to see your payment estimate. A few things I'm especially proud of: The state tax pre-fill, all 50 states have real property tax rates built in, so your estimate is actually accurate without any manual research The extra payment calculator, drag the slider and instantly see "paying $200 extra/month saves you $47,000 in interest and pays off your loan 6 years early" The inflation toggle on the compound interest calculator, nobody shows you what your savings are actually worth in today's dollars Would love to hear what you think and what financial calculator you wish existed but can't find a good version of.
