I've hired over 200 people in my career - and I really REALLY wish this was there when I had to do it. Why? Everyone looks great on paper. When they start talking... (╥_╥) And for my ADHD brain, the transcripts and notes would have been dope too. I can't imagine ever having an interview without a screening process like this. Good luck, Sanat & Nikhil.

HireVire has been instrumental in helping our HR team interview more candidates faster and more conveniently than we ever could have on our own. We have a rather well-oiled HR machine, but this software makes us better. Importantly, it respects the candidates time by always putting interviews in their terms so that they can put their best foot forward. This is a piece of software that every company needs in their toolbag. It quickly moved from "nice to have" to "need to have."

Hirevire solves a very important problem for HR's and founders of micro teams. I'm not sure if there's a direct-access API or a webhook available too, but I find that important as Zapier is added cost for pursuing automation (while it makes things very simple) and there are advanced users out there who might use something else like Make.com or NodeRED etc. Wishing you best of luck Sanat!
