Hi everybody! This is our first launch here and we're so excited :)
I’m Eduardo, developer and founder of Hilancer, a new SaaS built to help freelance recruiters manage candidates, automate communication, and look more professional.
My co-founder Daniela is a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead who’s been freelancing for years — we built Hilancer after seeing how chaotic it gets juggling Excel, Notion, WhatsApp, and endless follow-ups.
Beyond helping recruiters stay organized, our goal is also to improve the experience for candidates who often never hear back or lose visibility during a process. With Hilancer, every candidate gets timely updates and feedback automatically, making the hiring experience fairer and more human.
Today we’re launching to gather feedback and see what resonates most with independent recruiters and HR professionals.
