Hello dear friends, My name is Kate and I am the CEO of Helpster. This is a CALL-TO-SUPPORT post to create awareness and give a bit of a boost to the families in need. Helpster - now a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit - was born inside our IT community late 2022  as an idea of building a true tech-driven direct charity mobile app. We thought how cool would it be to save lives every day and see the impact anywhere you go. Easy, transparent, efficient and handy. And thus our journey has begun. We have gone through a lot of discoverings and challenges  on the way. We were scammed, threatened, saddened, accused  of awful things. However, fighting through 2023 with our first ever charity product, we saw hundreds of stories of saved children who were able to live a normal life, go to school and just live without pain. I am proud to say that the average cost of saving a life  with Helpster in 2023 was just 261 USD! I am proud to say that we have created our own network that  is fundamental enough to process our own strict admission (https://helpstercharity.org/admi...)! I am proud to say every dollar spent at Helpster was aimed  at saving more lives! NEW: 1. Thinking about the maximum level of transparency we have release a Real-Time Database where you can check all the cases that passed our strict admission: https://portal.helpstercharity.org/ From this DB you can check in WEB view every case 2. In the App we added: - Chronology of every case, with the dates and descriptions; - Documents on every case, including payment confirmations & invoices; - Reports on every case; - News about the project integrated in the mail feed; - Top-up of the Helpster balance to distribute help faster; - Track every case you helped; - And much more! 3. We have added a second project to the main one: FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH. Partnering with hospitals and other non-profit organizations, we conduct tours to different hard-to-reach areas. These outreaches help us find true Helpster cases, create awareness and prevent families from tragedies by screening ill children. 4. Now not only children below 18 are accepted, but also PREGNANT WOMEN & YOUNG ADULTS up to 21 y.o. 5. We now work in Asia & Africa: Nigeria, Kenya, Bangladesh, Cambodia Today, May 15th 2024, we have got 251 children, young adults & pregnant women from Asia & Africa waiting for vital basic healthcare (like appendicitis, pneumonia, sepsis etc.). Which equals about 50 000$ with an average current life-saving cost of only 230$! However, acquisition of donors and donations does not meet this tempo. This is a call to action message!
