Havent tried it out yet, but just wondering: for teams with strictly confidential data, have you guys thought about adding support for local LLMs to run the AI backend? If you could support local AI models, I think this would become an ideal solution for teams with high security and privacy standards.
@preetmishra I think it's pretty neat building a solution for solo founders and small teams. When I had my own startup we were using Intercom and it just doesn't really make sense when you're early in your journey to use something like that. You also do not need to complexity of such a large product at this stage.
@preetmishra Killer launch! and its nice to see products that are "unlimited" - I really think as we get closer to the cos of certain LLMs decreasing re: economies of scale - its a good problem to have if people are running into limit issues (or even costing you to be in the platform).
