Sorry was mobile - my thinking is that scaling pricing with 'conversations' seems like it'd get expensive quickly for a lot of businesses, so it's very simple and lean as a product but might price itself away from the target customer.
Hi! Chris from the Core Team of Helpful here. It's great that Helpful is getting some publicity we're not quite ready to have the curtains lifted yet :) The pricing is definitely still in flux but we're aiming at making a great experience for small businesses.
@davemorin what features would you consider "scaled up"? The plan is that we want to be an outstanding tool for startups, and drop the bulk that others have.
