We built HausWise because our flat was running on three group chats and nobody could tell whose turn it was to take the bins out, or who'd actually paid the electricity bill.
Every app we tried did one slice of it. A chore app, a grocery app, a bill splitter. So we'd end up back in the chat anyway.
HausWise puts the whole thing in one shared space:
• Chores and to-dos, assigned, with routines that repeat
• An inventory list that that automatically shows shopping list items when things run low
• Meal planning with your own saved recipes
• A household calendar and a notice board
• Shared expenses with balances, so you can see who owes what
• Home inventory and appliance tracking
Everything syncs in real time, and your data stays private to your household. Free on iOS and Android.
We're a small team and this is our first launch, so feedback matters a lot. If you live with other people, I'd love to know which part of shared living is still the most annoying for you. That's what we'll build next.
