The ultimate product for modern product teams! We've been using Harvestr in the Product team at Mindsay and it is a game changer to gather all feedbacks, organize them and prioritize our efforts. It is now an important part of our product stack to drive developments.

Great tool, really nice for managing feature requests and linking multiple users' queries to a single bug or feature.

My company has been using this to manage our feature requests for about 6 months now, and it's been great so far. It really helps with organization and prioritization. We tried low-tech methods like spreadsheets and tagging support tickets, but nothing had the same effect as looking at an overall report of your most requested features, and ranking by customer impact and size to determine priority. It's also really inexpensive, which means that though our company has cut out a lot of software during this pandemic, Harvestr hasn't been cut because the bang for the buck is great.
