On a hard day I couldn't remember what had helped the last time, who I could lean on, or how to start the thing I was dreading, and I definitely couldn't work it out in the moment. So I started writing it down on the better days, so it would be there on the worse ones. That's what Hard Days is: support you set up while you have the room, so it's already waiting when a hard day hits. • Check in on how today is actually going. No streaks, no scores, and gaps cost you nothing. • Keep what helped, in your own words, so you don't have to remember it while you're struggling. • Build your kit: the people and the things that help, ready before you need them. • Make it smaller: break something you're dreading into a step you can actually start. • Find the words for messages that are hard to write: cancelling, asking for room, checking in on someone. • Mark the days ahead you can already see coming. It's private by default. No ads, no trackers, and your journal entries are encrypted. It isn't a therapist or a crisis service, and it doesn't pretend to be one.
